Dennis joined MSED in Spring 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in representing diverse financial services companies across state and federal litigation and arbitration. He regularly defends financial service providers against individual and class claims brought under RESPA, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, and TCPA. He also defends student loan and mortgage lenders, investors, servicers, and other financial services providers against borrower complaints, including those alleging violations of state statutes, wrongful foreclosures, and debt collection statutes. Dennis frequently appears in bankruptcy court, upholding creditors' rights.

In all, Dennis has tried more than thirty (30) civil cases to verdict. Beyond litigation, he audits, develops, and enhances processes within applicable regulatory and compliance frameworks. He also counsels clients on responses to regulatory inquiries and litigation avoidance.

Outside the practice of law, Dennis can be found snowboarding, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, or cooking in the kitchen.
